MillionReply ("we", "us") provides a web dashboard and Chrome extension for AI-assisted replies to Facebook Messenger and Marketplace messages. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
By using MillionReply you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Account data: Email, name, billing details via Stripe or PayProGlobal, and settings you configure in the dashboard.
Inbox data: Message metadata and draft history for threads you have opted into for automation. This includes source type (Personal Messenger or Marketplace), thread status, and reply drafts. We access inbox content through your existing Facebook session in the Chrome extension. We do not ask for or store your Facebook password.
AI Brain configuration: Personas, knowledge snippets, intent rules, business hours, and per-source reply policies you create.
Usage data: Extension connection state, pipeline health, selector status, last scan times, and error diagnostics to keep the service reliable.

Data is stored on encrypted servers with access controls. Message metadata and draft history live in your MillionReply account database. You may export or delete account data by contacting support. Retention follows your subscription status and legal obligations. See this policy for deletion details.
We use trusted processors including hosting providers, Stripe, PayProGlobal, email delivery, and analytics.
When you bring your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key, we do not proxy completions. Your key is used only to generate replies for your threads. You pay your AI provider directly.
The Chrome extension package is open source under AGPL-3.0. The dashboard, backend services, and MillionReply brand are not covered by that license.
The extension operates within your logged-in Facebook session in Chrome, covering personal Messenger messages and Facebook Marketplace messages. We are not affiliated with Meta. Your use must comply with Meta's Terms of Service and applicable policies for your account type. Automation carries inherent platform risk; see our Terms of Use.
Depending on your location you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of personal data. EU/UK users may lodge complaints with a supervisory authority. California residents may exercise CCPA rights by emailing support@millionreply.com.
MillionReply is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
