Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in MillionReply. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your first paid charge for a full refund. No questions asked.

This applies to your first subscription payment on a paid plan after any free trial ends.

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. You are not charged during the trial. If you add a payment method and convert to a paid plan, the refund window starts from that first charge.

Email support@millionreply.com from your account email. Include your account email and reason (optional). We process approved refunds within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

• First paid charge within 7 days
• Duplicate charges or billing errors
• Service unavailable for extended periods we confirm

• Charges older than 7 days (except billing errors)
• Accounts terminated for Terms violations or abuse
• Chargebacks filed without contacting support first
• Partial-month usage after the refund window
• AI provider costs on your own OpenAI or Anthropic key (we do not markup or proxy these)

You may cancel anytime from billing settings in the dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges. Access continues until the end of the current billing period unless you request immediate deletion.

Upgrades and downgrades between Pro and Pro AI take effect on your next billing cycle. Refunds are not issued for partial unused time when you voluntarily change plans mid-cycle.
